This cluster's prime attribute can be stated in one word: location. Mass Row is located near the 1953 Commons Dining Hall, Collis Student Center, Hopkins Center, Baker/Berry Library, and downtown Hanover.Massachusetts Hall, an upperclass community, houses residents in one-room doubles and two-room triples. Each room contains a private bath and shower. There are singles, two room doubles and two-room triples in North and South Massachusetts Halls. All North and South Massachusetts rooms are carpeted. Lord, Streeter, and Gile Halls were all named for prominent Dartmouth trustees from the period 1892 to 1925. Their location along the south side of Tuck Mall makes them readily accessible to Baker/Berry Library.
Lord and Streeter are co-ed by floor while Gile is co-ed by room. Residents are housed in two-room triples, two and three-room doubles, and singles. Some rooms in this cluster have half-baths. The Gold Coast is an upperclass community. 4th floor Gile is Substance-Free for the 2011-2012 academic year. Recently renovated, Hitchcock offers a completely new interior while maintaining Dartmouth's aesthetic red brick and copper exterior. Hitchcock's location offers easy access to Baker/Berry Library, 1953 Commons Dining Hall, and Collis Student Center.Hitchcock Hall, an upperclass community, houses residents in two-room doubles and one-room singles.

I am Jamie, the Community Director for the Mass Row, Gold Coast, and Hitchcock cluster! I joined the Dartmouth community in July of 2010. I am originally from Warwick, RI and earned my B.A. in English from Providence College in 2001 and M.S. in College Administration from Boston College in May of 2008.Prior to Dartmouth, I spent two years working at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA, in Residence Life, and five years working at Boston College-four in Law Admissions and one in Athletic Media Relations. I love working with students and have really enjoyed my time at Dartmouth. When I am not working, I love watching/attending my favorite sports teams, live music, keeping active, reading non-fiction, as well as spending time with family, friends, and my wife, Abby and son, James.
