Students Fighting Hunger (SFH) works to combat hunger in the
Upper Valley and beyond. SFH seeks to raise awareness about local, national,
and global hunger-related issues while meeting local needs through direct
service. SFH also seeks to integrate the Dartmouth and Upper Valley
Communities.
In conjunction with LISTEN, we coordinate Community Dinners
each and every Friday (even during school interims). The weekly meal is free
and open to anyone. Oftentimes, student organizations on campus will sponsor
and cook meals.
Recently, we have begun collaborating with Dartmouth Food Connection to raise awareness and increase action on food issues at Dartmouth and the Upper Valley.
Time Commitment - Attendance at Friday night dinners, as desired - usually at
least 2-3x/term
